Same Day RV Graphics

KnowledgeByte Main Image

Our client, Gravity Pro Consulting, texted company President, Charlene Hesketh, on a Sunday morning with a huge request. Seems that Gravity Pro had rented two RV’s to drive to South Dakota for a Native American Indian gathering. Before they left Monday night, they wanted to put a graphic on the rear of each RV to recognize sponsors and to promote the event.

On Monday afternoon, we received artwork and began the production process. Using 3M 180C with 8519 lam we created the graphics in time for the arrival of the RV’s around 6:00 p.m.

Our installers were waiting for the vehicles and began wrapping them immediately. After about 3 hours, the RV’s were ready to hit the trail and head to South Dakota!

New Branding Increases Awareness, Presence

KnowledgeByte Main Image

Our client, Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club, wanted to re-brand their club level restaurant. A new sponsorship deal gave naming rights to the high-end eatery. To brand the area, Photomation was tasked with designing new wallcovering using the Shock Top beer logo and other design elements.

Working on a quick turnaround schedule, designs were submitted and approved for production. The work included two 34′ long walls and two 27′ long walls. In addition, a main entrance wall, 12′×9′, was also printed. Installation was performed by our crew of professional installers.

The end result dramatically showcases the new name, Shock Top Terrace, and helps to brand the new sponsor’s area.

Do you have walls that need new branding? If so, give us a call. We have design, print and installation services all under one roof! We’d be happy to bring your vision to reality. We are Photomation — Imagination Thrives Here™

Improving the Final Design

KnowledgeByte Main Image

Our client, Rancho Los Amigo National Rehabilitation Center, is in the middle of a major renovation of their facility. To pre-visualize how final directional signage will look, we were asked to make “A” frame versions of the signs so people can look at them and make comments on what needs to be on the final signage design.

Constructed out of ½″ gator, the free-standing signs were place around the campus along with Sharpie pens so staff could make comments and changes to what the final sign should say.

Many changes were made and the signs were a huge help in visualizing what the final signs should look like when they are permanently installed in the coming months. The client was thrilled how well this helped them improve the final design of the signs.

Building Construction Excellence

KnowledgeByte Main Image

Our client, Stronghold Construction, wanted to create a wall to showcase the many letters of recognition they have received for the excellent work they have done. Working with Photomation President, Charlene Hesketh, and Photomation Account Executive, Francisco Flores, a unique, changeable display was proposed and accepted.

Using nearly 100 8.5″×11″ acrylic holders a hanging system was installed to create the look you see above. Wire wall anchors were set top and bottom and special wire clamps were installed to support the sides of each acrylic holder.

Dimensional lettering was added at the top of the display wall. Using letters with a brushed aluminum face on ½″ sintra the edges were painted to give the look of solid metal. Each letter was installed with pins and spacers to hold them ½″ away from the wall.

The end result is a wall that speaks volumes to the quality of work performed by Stronghold Construction and their level of building construction excellence.

Do you have a story you want to tell on your walls? If so, give us a call. We’d be happy to help bring your vision to reality. We are Photomation — Imagination Thrives Here™

Hockey Time in Anaheim

KnowledgeByte Main Image

Our client, Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club, wanted to dress up the Honda Center for the coming hockey season. To do that, they asked us to print and install 4 large corner window graphics.

Working from supplied artwork, we put the files into templates to help visualize how the final graphic would look. Once placement was approved, we divided the file into panels to make it easier for our installers to put them on the individual windowpanes. Special adhesive vinyl was selected to use to print the window graphics. This material has excellent colorfast properties and removes cleanly once the season is over.

Using two bucket lifts and a scissor lift and a team of installers, three windows were installed the first day and the final window was completed by noon the next day.

Do you have a message that would be best conveyed on window, walls, floors or vehicles? If so, give us a call. We’d be happy to help bring your vision to life. We are Photomation — Imagination Thrives Here™
