All Types of Wallcovering

KnowledgeByte Main Image

One of our most popular products is wallcovering. Our clients use this material in all sorts of applications. From exterior graphics to floor to ceiling transformation of wall spaces, Photomation has the right solution for your needs.

Wallcovering comes in several types. Permanent, removable and repositionable adhesive vinyl, and traditional wallcovering applied with paste. Based on your needs, we can recommend the right material for your project.

In addition to floor to ceiling applications, we can also do intricate cutting of wallcovering to create images like the tree we did for the Fullerton Library you see above or as inspirational word walls like we did for a health products company.

Outdoor use of wallcovering can help brand an area like we did for MillerCoors at the Del Mar Racetrack or you can use the material indoors to create a completely new environment like we did for an HVAC contractor and a corporate lobby.

Would you like to see your office space transformed using wallcovering? Give us a call. We would be happy to help you with the right image and the right type of wallcovering. We are Photomation — Imagination Thrives Here™

Year of the Monkey

KnowledgeByte Main Image

Our client, OCTA, asked us to wrap a bus to promote the upcoming OC Tet Festival. For 2016, the event recognizes the Lunar New Year: Year of the Monkey.

Design for the bus was created by OCTA artists who provided us with the graphic overlayed onto a bus template. Taking care to ensure proper placement of text and visual elements, the artwork was sized to fit the full length of the bus. 3M 180C with 8519 lam was used to wrap the bus and 3M window perf 8170 with 8914 lam was used to cover the windows. The sides, front, rear and top sections of the bus were wrapped. Installation was performed at OCTA’s Santa Ana Maintenance Yard and took about 10 hours to complete.

OC Tet Festival is an annual event that celebrates Southern California’s Vietnamese cultural and artistic heritage. Held this year at Mile Square Park from February 12–14, attendance is estimated to surpass 100,000 people.

Lots of Signs

KnowledgeByte Main Image

Our client, MTM Construction Inc., needed help to direct visitors at the Rancho Los Amigo National Rehabilitation Center. The sprawling campus is under renovation and getting around was confusing for patients and visitors alike.

Working with their Photomation Account Executive, Francisco Flores, new campus map were designed, printed and installed to show how to move about the hospital grounds. Printed on 3M 180C with 8519 lamination, these graphics were either applied directly to the existing structure or mounted to DiBond and fastened to the Information kiosk.

In addition, new parking lot identification signage was manufactured and installed to make it easier to see where visitors are parked. The lot signs are 30″×30″ and are mounted to custom manufactured aluminum support structures. Each sign was then installed 13′ above the ground using a lift truck.

Do you need help directing your customers or visitors around your office campus? If so, give us a call. Whether you need lots of signs or signs for lots, we’ll be glad to help you. We are Photomation — Imagination Thrives Here™
